SPN90 Polyclonal Antibody

The protein encoded by NCKIPSD (NCK Interacting Protein With SH3 Domain) is localized exclusively in the cell nucleus. It plays a role in signal transduction, and may function in the maintenance of sarcomeres and in the assembly of myofibrils into sarcomeres. It also plays an important role in stress fiber formation. NCKIPSD is involved in therapy-related leukemia by a chromosomal translocation t (3;11) (p21; q23) that involves NCKIPSD and the myeloid/lymphoid leukemia gene. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants of NCKIPSD.

Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB 1:500-2000; ELISA 1:5000-20000
