SART1 (SART1, U4/U6. 5 Tri-SnRNP-Associated Protein 1) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with SART1 include Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Atopy. Among its related pathways are HIF Repressor Pathways and mRNA Splicing - Major Pathway. SART1 encodes two proteins, the SART1 (800) protein expressed in the nucleus of the majority of proliferating cells, and the SART1 (259) protein expressed in the cytosol of epithelial cancers. The SART1 (259) protein is translated by the mechanism of -1 frameshifting during posttranscriptional regulation; its full-length sequence is not published yet. The two encoded proteins are thought to be involved in the regulation of proliferation. Both proteins have tumor-rejection antigens.

Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB 1:500-2000; ELISA 1:5000-20000
