CHD1L Polyclonal Antibody

CHD1L encodes a DNA helicase protein involved in DNA repair. The chromodomain-helicase-DNA-binding protein 1-like converts ATP to add poly (ADP-ribose) as it regulates chromatin relaxation following DNA damage. Several alternatively spliced transcripts variants have been described for this gene. CHD1L (Chromodomain Helicase DNA Binding Protein 1-Like) is a Protein Coding gene. Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB 1:500-1:2000; ELISA 1:20000; Not yet tested in other applications.
