Vari Fluor 488-dUTP (VF 488-dUTP) can replace its natural counterpart, dTTP, by enzymatic incorporation into DNA/cDNA. Vari Fluor 555-dUTP can be used to produce biotinylated DNA probes in a variety of assay applications[1].
