PF-DcpSi is a mRNA decapping scavenger enzyme (DcpS) inhibitor (IC50: 0.11 nM). PF-DcpSi (30 mg/kg,i.p.) ameliorates the disease phenotype in a mice model of spinal muscular atrophy (SMA)[1].
