Pempidine

Pempidine (1,2,2,6,6-Pentamethylpiperidine) is an orally active ganglionic blocking agent used in hypertension-related conditions. Pempidine is a nicotinic receptor blocker. Pempidine can antagonize the nicotine-induced increase of the striatal dopamine (DA) in vitro[1][2][3][4].
