KGF/FGF-7 Protein, Human (His) is a polypeptide mitogen that belongs to the family of fibroblast growth factors, binds only to a splice variant of FGFR2 (FGFR2 IIIb) and is a highly specific paracrine growth factor for epithelial cells.
