Applications Notes

Can be used for in vitro and in vivo applications. For in vitro experiments, dissolve Necrox-5TM in DMSO to 20-50mM stock solution and dilute further in cell culture media. Treat cells with 30μM to 0.1μM final concentration. For in vivo experiments, dissolve the product in DMSO at a concentration of 10mg/ml stock. Do not use PBS and Water! Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
