Dilution

Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections, 5-10μg/ml) Western Blot (5-10μg/ml) Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications.Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

Reconstitution

Reconstitute with 200μl distilled water. TBS should be used for dilution as PBS may cause precipitation. Dilute with 20mM TBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide and 10mM calcium chloride. In case of immunohistochemistry on paraffin or frozen sections, Ca2+ is not necessary.
