GH/hPL (AB1478) Rabbit mAb (Ready to Use)
Product Specifications
Background
Human placental prolactin (HPL) is a 22 kD polypeptide hormone synthesized and secreted by placental syncytiotrophoblast cells, has partial homology with growth hormone. It is expressed in normal placenta, choriocarcinoma, testicular cancer. Anti- HPL antibody is commonly used in the study of trophoblastic tumors. Growth hormone (GH) is a hormone synthesized and secreted by growth hormone cells in the anterior pituitary, which can promote protein synthesis and bone development. The mechanism of stimulating body growth is to stimulate the secretion of IGF- 1 by liver and other tissues. It is mainly used for the functional classification of pituitary tumor and the differentiation of primary pituitary tumor and metastatic cancer.
