Anti-PSDR1 - 100 μg
Genes regulated by androgenic hormones are of critical importance for the normal physiological function of the human prostate gland, and they contribute to the development and progression of prostate cancer. PSDR1 (prostate short-chain dehydrogenase- reductase 1) is a novel gene whose expression is increased following exposure of LNCaP cells to androgens. PSDR1 is highly expressed in the human prostate gland and is localized in both normal and neoplastic prostate epithelium. It has been suggested that PSDR1 may play a role in the pathogenesis of prostate cancer.
