Human BCMA (1-22) Protein, mFc Tag
Description :Recombinant human BCMA (1-22) Protein with C-terminal mouse Fc tagBackground : B-cell maturation protein (BCMA or BCM), is also known as Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 17 (TNFRSF17), which is encoded by the TNFRSF17 gene. TNFRSF17 is a cell surface receptor of the TNF receptor superfamily which recognizes B-cell activating factor (BAFF) . This receptor is expressed in immune organs and mature B cell lines. BCMA promotes B-cell survival and plays a role in the regulation of humoral immunity. BCMA can activate NF-kappa-B and JNK.Molecular Characterization: mass of 28.6 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of BCMA (1-22) -mFc is approximately 25-35 kDa due to glycosylation.Tag :C-mouse Fc tag
