High levels of IL-17 are associated with several chronic inflammatory diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis and multiple sclerosis.IL17A Canine Recombinant produced in HEK293 cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain (29-155a.a) containing 133 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 15.6kDa.IL17A is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
