CoV-2 Nucleocapsid phosphoprotein was lyophilized from 20mM Na-carbonate buffer pH-9.2It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized CoV-2 protein in sterile 18M Omega -cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Storage Conditions

Cov-2 Nucleocapsid phosphoprotein is shipped lyophilized at ambient temp. Although stable at room temperature for 2 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution COV2 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
