SIVA1 Human
Source: Escherichia Coli.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.SIVA1, also referred to asApoptosis regulatory protein Siva isoform 1, is a death domain-containing proapoptotic protein. It is known as glucocorticoid-induced TNFR family-related gene, and also as an intracellular ligand of CD27, which are both members of the TNFR family expressed on lymphoid cells. There isnâ€TMt much known about the signalling pathway underlying the Siva-induced apoptosis.SIVA1 expression is modulated in multiple pathological processes.SIVA1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 198 amino acids (1-175 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 21.1 kDa. SIVA1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His tag at N-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
