RSPO1 Mouse
Source: Sf9, Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.R-Spondin-1 (Rspo1) is a part of the Rspondin family. Rspo1 plays a role as an activator of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway by acting as a ligand for LGR4-6 receptors. Rspo1 induces the onset of crypt cell proliferation and increases intestinal epithelial healing effect. Rspo1 is negatively regulating the TGF-beta pathway.RSPO1 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 254 amino acids (21-265a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 28.2kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa) . RSPO1 is expressed with an 9 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
