Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease, is one of the diseases linked with PLCXD3. It is related to Ectoderm Differentiation, obsolete signal transducer activity and phosphoric diester hydrolase activity.PLCXD3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 344 amino acids (1-321 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 38.7 kDa. PLCXD3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His tag at N-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
