CD55 Mouse
Source: Sf9, Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.CD55 belongs to the RCA (regulators of complement activation) family characterized by 4-30 SCRs (short consensus repeats) in their plasma-exposed regions. CD55 is widely expressed in malignant tumors and nevertheless functions as an inhibitor of the complement system.CD55 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 336 amino acids (35-362 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 36.8kDa (Migrates at 40-57kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions) .
