Neuronal CDC2-like kinase, which is involved in the regulation of neuronal differentiation, is comprised of a catalytic subunit, CDK5, nad an activating subunit, p25NCK5A. CDK5RAP3 binds to p25NCK5A and hence may be involved in neuronal differentiation.CDK5RAP3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 526 amino acids (1-506 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 59kDa.CDK5RAP3 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
