APMAP Human
Source: E.coli.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.Adipocyte plasma membrane-associated protein, also known as APMAP, is a member of the strictosidine synthase family. APMAP exhibits strong arylesterase activity with beta-naphthyl acetate in addition to phenyl acetate and takes part in adipocyte differentiation.APMAP Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 378 amino acids (62-416 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 42.2kDa.APMAP is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
