MAP2K6 takes part in various cellular processes such as stress induced cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.MAP2K6 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 340 amino acids (1-334 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 38.3kDa (Migrates at 40-57kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions) .MAP2K6 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
