HDAC8 Mouse
Source: Sf9, Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.Histone deacetylase 8 (HDAC8) is a member of the class 1 of the histone deacetylase/acuc/apha family. HDAC8 is biologically involved in skull morphogenesis and metabolic control of the ERR-alpha/PGC1-alpha transcriptional complex. Histones play a key role in transcriptional regulation, cell cycle progression, and developmental events. Histone acetylation/deacetylation modifies chromosome structure and affects transcription factor access to DNA.HDAC8 Mouse Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 383 amino acids (1-377 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 42.5kDa (Migrates at 40-57kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions) .HDAC8 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
