Its primary function is to promote and maintain lactation but has also been shown to have a role in breast cancer development, regulation of reproductive function and immunoregulation.Prolactin Mouse produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 222 amino acids (30-228a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 25 kDa. Prolactin Mouse protein is fused to a 23 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and is purified by standard chromatography.
