EGF is a ligand for class I tyrosine kinase receptor (c-erbB) .EGF Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 77 amino acids (977-1029 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 8.6kDa.EGF is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
