Recombinant Human Ribosomal Protein L7A
Source : Escherichia Coli. RPL7A Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 289 amino acids (1-266 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 32.4kDa.RPL7A is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Ribosomal Protein L7A (RPL7A) is a ribosomal protein which is a component of the 60S subunit. RPL7A protein is a member of the L7AE family of ribosomal proteins. RPL7A interacts with a subclass of nuclear hormone receptors, including thyroid hormone receptor, and hinder their ability to transactivate by inhibiting their binding to their DNA response elements.
