Recombinant Human Ras Association Domain-Containing Protein 3
Source : E.coli. RASSF3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 261 amino acids (1-238a.a) and having a molecular mass of 30kDa. RASSF3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Ras association domain-containing protein 3 (RASSF3) is a ubiquitously expressed protein found in normal and cancerous tissues. RASSF3 is a member of RASSF family whose members contain a highly conserved Ras association domain (Ral GDS/AF-6 or RA) and function as Ras effectors/tumor suppressors. RASSF3 contains an N-terminal RA domain and a coiled-coil SARAH domain and may have 3 isoforms (RASSF3A, RASSF3B and RASSF3C) due to alternative splicing. RASSF3B and RASSF3C are shorter than RASSF3A and do not contain the RA and SARAH domain.
