Recombinant Human LIN7C
Source : Escherichia Coli. LIN7C Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 220 amino acids (1-197 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.2 kDa. LIN7C is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. LIN7C has a part in establishing and preserving the asymmetric distribution of channels and receptors at the plasma membrane of polarized cells. LIN7C forms membrane-associated multiprotein complexes which regulate distribution and recycling of proteins to the appropriate membrane domains.
