CD79B Recombinant Protein
Source : E.coli. CD79B Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 155 amino acids (29-159a.a) and having a molecular mass of 17.7kDa. CD79B is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. CD79B is a 36 kDa trans membrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. Heterodimers of CD79A and CD79B connect with a membrane attached immunoglobulin on the B cell surface to create the B cell antigen receptor complex (BCR) . CD79A and CD79B are essential for BCR-mediated signaling and subsequently for the development and activation of B lineage cells.
