CK2h Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. Human recombinant casein kinase 2 holo enzyme containing alpha and beta subunits which were separately expressed in E. coli as non-fusion proteins and purified using several chromatographic steps. The holo enzyme has been reconstituted in the course of the purification and is highly active suitable for labelling CK2 substrates. CK2 holoenzyme is a non-glycosilated polypeptide having a molecular mass of 140 kDa.
