CDK2AP1 Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. CDK2AP1 Human Recombinant fused to 37 amino acid His Tag at N-terminal produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 152 amino acids (1-115 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 16.6 kDa. The CDK2AP1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. CDK2AP1 is a CDK2-associated protein that negatively regulates CDK2 activity by sequestering monomeric CDK2, and targeting CDK2 for proteolysis. CDK2AP1 interacts with DNA polymerase alpha and mediates the phosphorylation of the large p180 subunit, which implicates the regulatory role in DNA replication during S phase of the cell cycle.
