MAPRIL Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. APRIL Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 146 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 16.4 kDa. The APRIL is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. APRIL which is a part of the TNF ligand superfamily (TNFSF13) is a type II transmembrane protein. Normally, APRIL expression is low in tissues, but is elevated in numerous types of tumors and transformed cell lines. APRIL stimulates proliferation of tumor cell lines and intensifies tumorigenicity in nude mice.
