The recombinant Human TNFSF13B comprises 219 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 24.24 kDa. It migrates as approximately 56.4 kDa and 30.2 band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 77.2 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
