No. 10917-H38H) on proA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human CD155/PVR Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 10109-H08H) with an affinity constant of 1.380 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) . 3.Serial dilutions of anti-TIGIT (Research Grade Tiragolumab biosimilar) were added into Recombinant Human TIGIT Protein (ECD, mFc Tag) (Cat: 10917-H38H) : Recombinant Human Nectin-2 Protein (Fc & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 10005-H41H-B) binding reactions. The half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) is 228.8 ng/mL (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human TIGIT consists of 353 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 39.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 45-54 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
