MS4A1 Protein (N-TrxA, Human)

1.Loaded Obinutuzumab derived anti-Human CD20 antibody, human IgG1 on ProA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human CD20 Protein, TrxA Tag, Biotinylated (Cat. No. 11007-H34E-B) with an affinity constant of 14.6 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) . 2.5e5 of anti-CD20 (Rituximab derived) CAR-293 cells were incubated with biotinylated Human CD20 Protein (TrxA Tag) (Cat. No. 11007-H34E-B), and then stained with PE-conjugated Streptavidin. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control (left) . PE signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (Routinely tested) . 3.5e5 of anti-CD20 (Obinutuzumab derived) CAR-293 cells were incubated with biotinylated Human CD20 Protein (TrxA Tag) (Cat.
