Z-4105
Z-4105 (formula l) is a nootropic agent. Z-4105 restores the amnesic effect of electroconvulsive ehock (ECS) and methylazoxymethanol acetate (MAM), improving learning and memory function. Z-4105 increases the activity of the brain cholinergic system without affecting other neurotransmitter systems. Z-4105 significantly attenuates the neuropathic pain induced by chronic constrictive lesion (CCl) in the sciatic nerve of rat hind leg models and in the ligament of rat spinal nerve models. Z-4105 can be used for neuropathic pain and cerebral dysfunctional disorders research[1][2].
