Sulfabenz
Sulfabenz (Compound 9) is an amine-substituted N1-phenylsulfonyl indole derivative. Sulfabenz has binding activity to human 5-HT6 serotonin receptor (Ki: 200 nM) . Sulfabenz can be used to study the ligand binding mechanism of 5-HT6 receptor and 5-HT6 receptor-related neurological diseases[1].
