CMCoFx1
CMCoFx1 is a potent and selective FXIIa cyclic peptide inhibitor. cMCoFx1 has high binding affinity (KD: 900 pM) and inhibitory activity (Ki: 370 pM) for FXIIa. cMCoFx1 can effectively inhibit endogenous clotting pathways, and cMCoFx1 is stable in serum and non-cytotoxic[1].
