Human prolactin
Human prolactin is a four-α-helix bundle protein hormone secreted by the anterior pituitary gland. The biological activities of Prolactin are mediated by its binding to the PRL receptor (PRLR) in a one-to-two complex and regulated by tertiary structural properties[1].
