Parvisoflavone B
Parvisoflavone B is a prenylated flavonoid. Parvisoflavone B can be isolated from root bark of Erythrina mildbraedii. Parvisoflavone B inhibits PTP1B activity with an IC50 of 42.6 μM. Parvisoflavone B inhibits α-glucosidase with an IC50 of 12.19 μM. Parvisoflavone B can be used in the research of type 2 diabetes and obesity[1][2].
