Phenazostatin B
Phenazostatin B is a phenazine Substance that has the protective effect of new neuron cells. Phenazostatin B can scavenge free radicals, protect N18-RE 105 nerve cells from glutamate toxicity, and inhibit lipid peroxidation. Phenazostatin B inhibits glutamate toxicity in N18-RE-105 cells with an EC50 of 0.33 μg/mL[1].
