DHAD-IN-2
DHAD-IN-2 (compound 6ag) is a potent dihydroxy acid dehydratase (DHAD) inhibitor with a KD of 20 μM. DHAD-IN-2 demonstrates over 85% control effectiveness against Eclipta prostrata, Amaranthus retroflexus, and Setaria viridis at a dosage of 150 g ai/ha, while also showing safety for rice. DHAD-IN-2 can be used for herbicide research[1].
