RNA splicing modulator 5
RNA splicing modulator 5 is a small molecule probe that can specifically target the K-turn region of U4/U6 snRNA. RNA splicing modulator 5 can stabilize RNA structure in vitro and inhibit its binding to Snu13 protein (IC50 = 3.2 μM) [1].
