HC2210 has an antibacterial effect against Mycobacterium abscessus (Mab) (EC50: 0.72 µM) . HC2210 modulates the expression of Mab genes related to oxidative stress and lipid metabolism. HC2210 can be used in the study of Mab infection[1].
