ZN148
ZN148 is a zinc-chelating synthetic metallo-β-lactamase (MBL) inhibitor which attenuates MBL-mediated carbapenem resistance. ZN148 can restore the in vitro clinical susceptibility to carbapenems in >98% of a large international collection of MBL-producing clinical Enterobacterales strains. ZN148 can be utilized in research on anti MBL-producing bacteria[1].
