Alkaline tryptase-IN-1 (compound H-13) is an insecticide that targets alkaline tryptase. The LC50 of Alkaline tryptase-IN-1 inhibits Aphid graminearum, Schizaphis graminearum, Aphid natans, Aphid oleraceus, Aphid fusca, Aphid mariana, and Myzus persicae with concentrations of 8.72, 13.77, 14.17, 12.96, and 12.35 μg/mL, respectively[1].
