GHP-88309 is a broad-spectrum, orally active antiviral agent targeting paramyxoviruses, that targets the viral polymerase, interupts the viral RNA synthesis, and inhibits respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), measles virus (MeV), and canine distemper virus (CDV) with EC50 of 0.06-1.2 μM. GHP-88309 exhibits anti-infectious efficacy in mouse models[1].
