ML279
ML279 is a potent scavenger receptor, class B, type I (SR-BI) inhibitor. ML279 can inhibit SR-BI-mediated lipid uptake by stabilizing the binding of HDL to SR-BI (EC50 = 0.27 μM) . ML279 can be used for the researches of infection and cardiovascular disease, such as atherosclerosis and HCV infection[1].
