GEBR-7b
GEBR-7b is a selective PDE4D inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.67 μM. GEBR-7b increases hippocampal cAMP and does not influence Aβ levels in rodents. GEBR-7b also improves spatial and can be used for the study of cognitive deficits[1][2].
