RWJ 29009
RWJ 29009 is a highly selective ATP-sensitive potassium channel agonist. RWJ 29009 activates potassium channel in vascular smooth muscle cells, promoting potassium efflux and membrane hyperpolarization to induce coronary and peripheral vasodilation. RWJ 29009 is promising for research of cardiovascular diseases such as acute myocardial ischemia and hypertension[1].
