Dinalbuphine sebacate
Dinalbuphine sebacate (Sebacoyldinalbuphine) is a prodrug of Nalbuphine (a κ receptor agonist and μ receptor partial antagonist) . Dinalbuphine sebacate releases Nalbuphine after hydrolysis, providing a pain relief effect lasting up to 7 days. Dinalbuphine sebacate can be used for moderate to severe postoperative pain[1][2].
